Please note these are only guidelines and are subject to change.
If you are looking to order multiple items then we will work out a discounted rate for the whole package rather than charge you per item. We will advise you of the final delivery charge when we contact to arrange payment of your order.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $199.00 AUD
We provide Free Australia Post Shipping Australia wide (applies to online orders only) orders above $199.00 AUD, however additional costs may be incurred if your total order weight exceeds 5kg, or is too bulkly for Australia Post to except, or is for a bulk order of goods. We will contact you if your order has fallen into this situation and try to arrange for special shipping of your order.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer Australia Post delivery on all delivered products. We will quickly process your order after we receive your payment. We do our best to ship orders on the same day, or next business day where we can. lt will take approximately 1-2 business days arrive (if you're in the delivery zone).
Orders below $199.00 where the shipping weight falls between 0 to 3kg or 3kg to 5kg shipping rates will be shown during the check out process.
Please select method during the checkout process to select your preferred shipping option. We utilise Australia Post services for all online orders.
We currently only service Australian based customers. Apoligisies to those outside of Australia who would like to shop with us at this time. We will be looking at options to sell to selected overseas countries in the future.
Additional SHIPPING COSTS may apply to the following items:

AUSTRALIA POST 'SAFE DROP' LIABILITY
Our parcels are lodged as Signature Required and will be taken to a post office if no one is home. However, a customer may choose a MyPost Safe Drop after receiving their tracking notification, in which case the parcel is left without signature at the customer's own risk, in accordance with Australia Post SafeDrop terms and conditions. Eastside Skates cannot be liable for loss or damage incurred from a SafeDrop delivery.
WARRANTIES
All products sold by Eastside Skates come with the standard manufacturing guarantees against faults: If the product has a manufacturing fault we will replace it free of charge once we are satisfied that the fault is as a result of manufacturing and has not been caused by extreme lack of care, used for unintended purposes i.e as PPE, worksite wear, poor handling, normal wear and tear, or over use. If it is practical to repair a faulty product then we will, or else at our discretion, we will replace the product. If the product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period, we will endeavour to repair it for a reasonable charge.
